Return Policy

1) Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery

2) It is important to check all of your item(s) as soon as possible following receipt.

  • Some products may require refrigeration
  • Verify if any products have been damaged.
  • Verify if your order is complete or if there was a shortage.

Any claims of shortage or damage should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery to allow internal review and correction.

3) All returns require preauthorization and are subject to a 15% return fee.

4) Items(s) must be returned unopened, in the same condition as received and in the original product packaging. Any product that arrives at our warehouse with broken safety seals will be immediately destroyed and no refund will be issued for that product.

5) Batch numbers must match the receipt, be within 30 days of purchase and cannot be a batch number from an earlier purchase. Items returned that do not have a matching batch number will not qualify for a refund.

6) We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please contact customercare@biogentix.com or call 833-525-0001. You must provide our customer care team with your order number, the product(s) name, and reason for return.

Any replacements will be processed within 24-72 hours.

Our customer care unit will provide a return label, upon request, to use for the return of the product(s.) Please package all items securely.

Receipt of Refund

Refunds are generally processed within 14 days after receipt of returned product(s). All products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return.

Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

We strive to get every order shipped as quickly as possible, however our fulfillment policy is: Orders fulfilled within a 24-48 hour period. Occasional circumstances such as severe weather, world events, or holidays may add additional time.

Fulfillment is defined as, “The packing and dispatch of a customer’s order by a retailer.”

Shipping Times & Carriers

Once fulfillment has been completed your order is given to the shipping carrier you selected. We offer several standard shipping carriers to ensure your items arrive in the most efficient way possible.

Note: UPS will occasionally partner with USPS for Standard Shipping to assist with deliveries. When this occurs, UPS transports the package to the local USPS for final delivery.

Important note: Ship method delivery time is calculated once the order is shipped from our warehouse; the fulfillment time is not included as part of the timeline of the selected ship method. For example, an ‘overnight’ order placed on Monday may ship Wednesday and arrive at the shipping address on Thursday.

  • Standard Shipping: Allow 3-7 business days for delivery, once in transit.
  • Priority: 2-5 days, once in transit.
  • Expedited: 2-3 days, once in transit.
  • Overnight: Allow 1-2 business days, once in transit
  • 2-Day Express: Allow 2-3 business days, once in transit.

There are some circumstances outside of the control of the mail carriers such as severe weather, world events, or holidays that may add additional shipping time. Such delays can push the shipping timelines outside of the carrier’s usual turnaround times.
