Biogenetix offers a 100% Total Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a credit, refund, or replacement. If your item is damaged or defective, the item will be replaced with a new item and shipped to you at no additional cost.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact support@biogentix.com or call 833-525-0001.

You can receive a refund as Store Credit (which never expires!) or to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. 

Any items(s) you wish to return must be in the same condition as received and in the original product packaging.

To qualify for a return, all batch numbers must match the receipt and be within 30 days of purchase and not be a batch number from an earlier purchase receipt.

Any items returned that do not have a matching batch number for a receipt within 30 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund and the product(s) will be destroyed. A request can be made for the products to be returned to the sender within 30 days of arrival at our warehouse and at the sender’s cost. Please check your batch numbers before shipping a return and if you have any questions contact our support team for assistance.

For sanitation and health reasons, any product that arrives at our warehouse that is open or the security seal has been tampered with will be immediately destroyed and no refund will be issued for that product.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund/credit and can vary depending on the location of the return.

For any large, heavy, or fragile items that may need to be delivered via a special carrier please contact our support team and we will coordinate for a carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.

When will I receive my refund?

Reimbursement will be processed within 14 days after receipt of returned product(s).
